I think the more diverse the management, the more its members can complement each other, resulting in faster, easier, and more efficient responses to the challenges presented by the world!

I would suggest the proverbial golden middle-path, where the more dynamic younger generation is supported by the experience, knowledge and caution that is also present in the management team. This collective knowledge and diversity, along with an inclusive type of leadership culture results in a significant market advantage, and aids in developing the right strategy in terms of finding the correct balance between generations, as well as in the integration and retention of new generations.
